We stand by our products and want you to know that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us info@aliceLaLaLand.com within 7 days of your order’s arrival.
Please note that orders containing 2 items or more, only 1 will qualify for a refund. This is due to our slow paced fashion model in which everything is made to order, as well as to reduce waste in the environment and sanitary reason. All returns must be in their original packaging and unworn.
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Any return request after 7 days of the order being delivered only qualifies for store credit. Return request made 30 days after your order was delivered, will result in final sale.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
