How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automatic email with your tracking details. PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive tracking information until your order has been dispatched. What’s the best way to care for my headband or hat?
All Alice in LaLaLand accessories are hand-crafted and must be handled with the same care with which they were created. Keep your accessories away from humidity, oils, alcohol and hair sprays, as these products will tarnish the crystals, leathers, and fabrics we use to create our products. Spot clean gently with water if necessary.When not in use keep your accessory in the Alice in LaLaLand dust-bag or box it came in.
